Christians Chronicles Your level of doubt is your level of sabotage. Whenever we have any doubt about a task or a goal it is important to understand that we will have a corresponding subconscious attempt to sabotage our goal. Imagine that you have ten units of doubt. The moment that the doubt is created you automatically will create ten units of sabotage. If someone is looking to loose weight but doubts that they can, either consciously or subconsciously, they will go about sabotaging their weight loss. When they start exercising they may not do so as vigorous or as often. They may have a slice or two pieces of bread instead of holding back and having none. They are more likely to order dessert with dinner. So in essence they are sabotaging their own goals and making their doubts a reality. Moving slowly to accomplish a task is commonly known as procrastinating. Which is the hallmark of doubt. Rather then moving directly towards a goal or task people who have doubt procrastinate time and time again. Which makes completion of their goal nearly impossible. Think about it this way. You can lose a race by not starting or by moving so slowly that the result is the same. In my years of a coaching I have always been able to quickly identify which students would achieve their goals by the doubt or lack of doubt they exhibited with themselves. My students that had no doubt that they were going to get in shape ate healthy and exercised often, stayed positive and therefore did not sabotage their own efforts. Think clearly and often about your goals and how to achieve them in the best way. As you do this please remove all doubt and have faith in what you want and you will get it! See you in class! Your level of doubt is your level of sabotage. I want MORE and never LESS. ~Your coach, Christian-Sorel Mougoue One idea can change your life forever! MBD website 2065 E.
