Christine Staab was killed by one of her mothers SIX pit bulls in February 2010. Everyone involved acknowledged the killer dog was a pit bull ( dog owners, media, police, animal control, etc.) Despite all the evidence available the official sounding National Canine Research Council could not determine what type of dog killed Christine.
