Christmas - Biblical or Not? Christmas has always been a holiday celebrated carelessly. For millennia, pagans, Christians, and even Jews have been swept away in the season’s festivities, and very few people ever pause to consider the celebration’s intrinsic meaning, history, or origins. Challenge: For Instance - Lets just try to find out any reference to Santa Clause in Bible. NONE will be the Answer ! The same goes with Christmas tree. Lets Ponder : Christmas should be celebrated every day of our Life & not only on 25th December.You can call Christmas as a Day set aside to celebrate Christ Jesus on Earth, - but why just one day out of 365 days?? And why only 25th Dec? Conclusion: Friends, lets not make it a tradition or ritual - but a conscious decision to be Holy, Obeying Jesus teachings, striving by fasting & praying not for wordly desires but for our Spiritual Health to get closer to perfection as God desires - not just one day but all the 365 days of the year. Let every Sunday Service be a Celebration of our Savior Jesus the Christ in our Life. Summary : Lets celebrate & follow only whats mentioned clearly in Bible if we truly want to follow Christ - anything more is from the Evil one as Bible says.
