Christmas is a flurry of excitment for so many reasons, not least that one of my little girls celebrates her birthday on the 27th December, which of course is today! Whilst my little Lucie adores Disneys Frozen she also has a soft spot for Peter Rabbit. She loves the new Peter Rabbit on CBeebies and on our recent holiday to The Lake District we visited Beatrix Potter World and from that Lucie decided her birthday cake had to feature not only Peter but Lily Bobtail and Benjamin Bunny too! Incidently there is a little girl in the Mrs Tiggywinkle called Lucie but I didnt dare try to persuade her to have a hedgehog as well, three bunnies were quite enough, and with it being winter we had to have a little snow bunny too! As I had to do a little bit of decorating both on Christmas day and Boxing Day I am now ready for a rest from cakes, well from baking and decorating anyway, perhaps I will keep up the eating though! ;) I hope you have all had a fantastic Christmas and are looking forward to all that 2015 will bring!
