Christmas is quickly approaching so what are your shopping strategies for this year? Are you a Black Friday shopper, online shopper, or do you pre shop throughout the year? Do you preplan what you are going to buy or wait and see what the deals are? Do you try to use coupons when you shop? Do you have money saved up through Amazon, rewards sites, survey sites, or couponing apps? Do you make or bake some of your gifts? Tell us your hints and tips for Christmas shopping. For me: I do most of my shopping on Black Friday: at home in my pajamas. I do not like fighting crowds so I do most of my shopping online. We mainly buy for our children so I have them make out a list of items that they would like with them knowing that they will not get everything on their list. For other family members and friends, I either make up gift bags with items from my coupon stockpile or I bake sweets. I do buy gifts for my niece and nephew. I have saved almost $500 in my Amazon account this year so that is going to help out a lot. I will also get gift cards or other items from many of the different rewards sites that I am a member of. I am going to try not to spend much out of pocket this year if possible.
