Christmas tournament time here in Emmonak, been pretty tough here reffing these highly competitive games, trying to be as fare as possible is easy, but a ref cannot see everything the crowd sees , different angles and players at times cluttered together cannot see through people, at times you find your self so concentrated in the game that is so fast paced is like going into a zone of observations of the players both offensive and defensive, all I can say is at times there is no time to blink or get distracted by anything, it is a good challenge to be so observative in a fast paced game, and trying to be fare as possible is not a problem, these teams deserve as much fairness as possible, playing in tournaments is very expensive, money for entry fees, money for gas fees, and food, somethings people just wont understand or try to see, reffs dont see everything in a game at times, I enjoy reffing it itself is very competitive and fun, it is very intense at times, when games are very competitive and close. can get tiring though, good luck to all teams playing.
