Christopher called about having to be at UCSF Medical Center early tomorrow morning, and we are hopeful that the problem will be able to be fixed whether its a blocked vein, problem with where the kidney was attached or a medication issue. The purpose of the biopsy is to see if its the kidney itself. If its a vein issue or where it was connected then he could be admitted for a few days while they fix the problem. If its medication related then they can tweak those. He is on something like 12 different medications. Hope if he reads this andif I have made a mistake that he will correct it. As I told him I am not worried as much as I am curious to what it could be, since he feels fine, has good urine output etc. Again when I asked if there were anything I could do he said....pray.
