Christopher’s Story I have epilepsy since I was five years old and now 38 I still have grand-mal seizures I’ve also been given Dailantin and Tegretol years ago to take but those meds didnt work and now I take Keppra and Depakote I had my parents and my wifes help to drive me to my jobs I have had seizure in middle school and other places and at work now my neurologist doesnt want me to work I was in the hospital for 2 weeks with bleeding my brain and my right eye and our daughter has seizures to we are worried about her and my parents went thru a lot with me when I was in school I had headaches years ago and now I do not have them cause of the Depakote blocks them and I have blood drawn from me every six months and EEGs also but I have always been careful what I did when I was younger and I still do my wife is always been there for me to. Our daughter has not had a seizure in a while she is 13 now and I cant recall the last one but she has seen me have a seizure and she takes her meds like she should but she also has A.D.D that is all I really say about our daughter she understands how important it is to take them but we also a 1year old boy so he has been doing great walking 9 months old.
