Chu: I spoke with MOFO and he understands that there is no meeting with the Department. I asked if he intended to finish the project by August 24, 2014 and he stated yes. I explained to Mr. MOFO that after an investigative file is opened and assigned to me, I will send a letter to him that will request a response to your concerns and specific documentation. I will also send you a letter advising that an investigation has been commenced. I encouraged Mr. MOFO to move forward with getting the job done and in the meantime perhaps going more than one day a week would assist in that. Keep in touch.
