Some one called me from Asaba that he wants to advertise his hotel on the blog I entered Onitsha this morning from my base I went to the hotel this evening with a camera man to take the pictures of the Hotel We finished quite late and I entered commercial Cab going to Upper Iweka The journey was smooth Till the cab dropped me where I was meant to drop 7 men surrounded me immediately I alighted from the cab Give us something or we will kill you. In my fear, I was begging, please have mercy on me I begged But they were blinded by the marijuana and cheap drink oozing from their breath They took my phone and the money So Powerless that I could not do anything In my foolishness, I thought I could recover the phone, I called one of them and gave him 4 thousand, begging him to help me recover the phone He took advantage of my misery and disappeared.
