Due to very favorable environmental conditions, the tropical storm will likely turn into a super typhoon. In view of this, I enjoin that the ORATIO IMPERATA (see attachment) shall be recited by Christfaithful in the Archdiocese outside and within the mass starting today until the typhoon eventually dissipates. Let us pray that God may spare us from the imminent danger of being hit directly by the super typhoon.
