Citizens my first act of change in office will be the rebuilding act The outside corridor of the extended center city will be row/town homes with garages. This will alleviate parking issues in the inner city No more small streets No more tree on the sidewalk that causes cracks No more corner houses but tree lots increasing the number of trees through the city ten fold Build the northeast tunnel to connect the city to our farthest point north Convert Germantown avenue to a pathway to speed up our access to the west accessing manayunk, roxborough, east mt airy and chestnut hill Increase the number of single and twin properties through out the city in the following areas south, west, north and east. Increase the building standards so all homes are built for efficiency such as having single properties have geothermal heating and cooling which decreased our carbon foot print
