Citizens of Patoka Township Fire Territory, there is going to be a meeting @ 4:30 in the city hall building. Will the Territory Board FINALLY take a vote on keeping fire station#2 open. Concerned citizens have stood through 2 previous monthly meetings waiting for a decision. Also, will they decide to replace the fire fighter who took employment elsewhere ? The present Trustee says in his adds , he is not for reducing manpower. BUT IM MY BOOK, if 1 has retired and 1 quit, and they are not being replaced. Then reducing manpower is EXACTLY what he is for. But then again, this comes from the same guy that handed out a paper saying, by his figures, everyone paid approximately 6 times what they are actually paying for fire protection. Maybe the Court House public records are wrong. REALLY ,,,,,,,THINK ABOUT IT PEOPLE.
