Vocal Fire are booked in to perform in the CBD over the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2013 2. Guest Speaker – Councillor Chris Tait Topic – Toowoomba Regional Council future Car Parking/Traffic Flow Strategy for CBD Q & A – Questions in writing to Chairman prior to meeting please 3. Plans for Group’s involvement with Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2013: Creative Tanks – project co-ordinated by Alex Stalling and Elysha Gould from Made.Creative Space Toowoomba Carnival Parade Saturday 21.9.2013 and Saturday 28.9.2013 – Blanket Cover from TCOF for open trading by businesses onto CBD footpath, entertainment, markets, etc. – compulsory insurance cover and clean up after event. Suggestions/discussion re proposed activities and functions by businesses during Carnival of Flowers Week. Theme – Exhilarating Stories.
