We are seeking a professional engineer with a strong management background to: Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel. Mentor the engineering staff to develop their professional skills. Provide leadership to project teams by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding assigned staff. Provides administration and coordination of all engineering activities within the fiscal budget allocation. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and team building skills. Additionally, this position will collaborate with other engineers and unite leaders to share best practices and execute a world class engineering program. Serve as the technical lead on wastewater related projects ensuring the projects are completed to the client’s expectations and PWGC standards. • Deliver projects that meet budget, scope, schedule, and quality goals • Monitor the progress of all assigned projects through regular reviews of budget, scope, schedule and financial performance and direct corrections as needed • Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed • Assist with the proactive marketing of projects to help determine the client’s needs and our pursuit approach • Maintain effective relationships with client staff • Leverage existing client relationships to identify new projects • Assist with the development of scope and budgets for new projects and assist in negotiating contracts with clients in support of the Project Manager • Assist with monitoring budget and schedule on projects and take corrective action as required • Assist with the recruitment of new hires • Enhance the visibility of PWGC in the market through involvement in professional organizations by self and technical staff BS Degree in Civil Engineering with waterwater treatment experience PE License required 10 years Professional-Level Engineering experience performing engineering related duties Email HR at : hr@pwgrosser
