Working with a team of experienced Case Managers and Underwriters, in this role you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills within the Workers’ Compensation environment. Your role will be to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and business objectives are met through a level of high customer service. You will be involved in a range of general administrative and customer service functions, including data entry, processing claims/payments, resolving customer queries and providing administration assistance to Case Managers and Underwriters as required.
