Enjoy the journey and celebrate the tiniest successes. You will have the most magical 108 days and may not even recognize your old self 108 days from now. Note: Some of my own favorite practices in this regard include: Meditation, Reflection, Contemplation, Inquiry and Energy Work. There are also other, simple practices I have created based on my own experiences which are shared in my Joyshops and retreats. Attend one when you get a chance. These are just some possible places to begin. Everyone is bound to resonate with different approaches. The specific tool or tools we choose are not as important as wholehearted and dedicated practice over a long period of time.
