Heres a tasty icebreaker: Sugar/Wheat Free Apple Crumble Ingredients 1lb cooking apples Handful chopped dried apricots Handful dried cranberries 2 tsp cinnamon Crumble topping 6oz ground almonds 2oz oats 3oz coconut oil Handful flaked almonds Method Peel and chop apples Place apples in suitable dish Add chopped dried fruit and cinnamon in a food processor, combine all topping ingredients (except flaked almonds) and blitz until fine breadcrumbs Spread topping over fruit Bake at 170 for 4-45mins Sprinkle with flaked almonds for further 5mins Serve with natural yoghurt Enjoy!
