Cleaver Woods land, under the PNM was purchased @ what? Anyone recall? 10 times the market price? Now we are told land in Calcutta road in Couva, which was purchased for 5 million in 2011 has fetched 175 million, a mere 2-3 years later. Well, come on Kathryn & T&T, they added a few street lights, a road or two & a sewage treatment plant..so we cah grumble, can we? So WHAT if the recent valuation was 52 million? Roodal took the note to cabinet for approval, recommending it be purchased for HDC. It was according to the Cleaver Woods Minister. How the hell did the government ministers approve this? Did they not look @ the valuation first? Half a dozen of one, 6 of the other. Shame shame shame I want to vote, I need to vote, but for who?
