Click LIKE and SHARE if your working out today! Ive been taking it easy battling a stomach virus but Im back in action today with these stroller plank pulls! And do t worry, you can push/pull a small weight if you do t have a stroller(: 1. Start in a basic plank position with your R hand on the base of your stroller 2. Push the stroller away from you with your R hand 3. Pull the stroller back towards you with your R hand REPEAT for 1 minute and then do 1 minute with your L hand, if thats too much you can switch hands at 30 seconds(: TAG your favorite fit momma Comment below when your done with todays challenge!
