Participants will use their personal stories and experiences to educate members of Congress and their staff about the importance of employment protections for transgender and gender nonconforming people through in-person, at-home, and grassroots lobbying efforts. By encouraging legislators to support, co-sponsor, and prioritize ENDA, participants will also have the opportunity to share more about how inclusive employment protections would affect themselves, their families, and their communities.
