In this video, I attached myself again to a Cable Cross machine to force my core to be more active. I went with 8,75kg on each side. In this workout, I usually do this with a pace so that one set takes about 45 seconds. So I rested in 45 seconds and repeated this 5 times. You can of course adjust weights (or use no counter weight) and movements on the latter to fit your need.
