Client Heads Up!! ~ MyMagic+ - FastPass+ Test Expanding to Epcot and Disneys Hollywood Studios Week Ending 1/25/14 As part of the test-and-adjust process for MyMagic+, the test of Disney FastPass+ service at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom Park will expand to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Tuesday, January 21 and at Epcot on Thursday, January 23. This test allows all Guests visiting any of our theme parks (including those not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel) ...the ability to make three FastPass+ selections for the current day at that theme park using FastPass+ kiosks. During the test Disney’s FASTPASS Service (using paper FASTPASS tickets) will not be available at any of our theme parks. Guests who are not staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotel will have the ability to do the following: • Make up to three FastPass+ selections using one of the FastPass+ kiosks located throughout the theme park. • Modify these using FastPass+ kiosks. • Redeem their FastPass+ selections by touching their theme park tickets to the touch points at the FastPass+ experiences they have chosen. • Have access to use Disney FastPass+ service at all of our theme parks. (Note: Guests can only make up to three FastPass+ selections at one park per day.) Guests who are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel will continue to: • Engage in MyMagic+ as they have been and have the ability to make three FastPass+ selections in advance or day-of for one park per day. • Have the ability to select, modify or cancel their FastPass+ selections using My Disney Experience on their mobile devices, at FastPass+ kiosks or at service centers. Guests will be able to choose up to three experiences (at one park per day. Guests will receive information about the test at the auto plazas. This information will also be available for Guests to pick up throughout the park.
