Clinical Director of a comprehensive community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment facility. This is a full-time administrative position. Must have current Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, or psychologist, and 5 years post-licensure clinical and management experience. Combined experience with mental health and substance abuse services is preferred. Responsible for clinical supervision and program management; ensuring compliance with ODMH, ODADAS and CARF standards; development of clinical policies and procedures; and responsible for quality and strategic management of clinical programs. Must be familiar with administrative duties which support agency goals, including evidence based practices, budgeting, grant writing and program planning and development.
