Club Social on Tuesday Feb 4th at the Rivers Ibis Sports club in Scours Lane, Reading. There will be the usual informal 45 minute run leaving the Ibis Sports Club car park at 7pm. This will be followed by a curry (meat and vegetable versions) and talk at 8-8.15pm (finished by 10pm). This month the guest speaker will be Adam White who is a cycling coach and bike fit specialist. Adam is well known to TVT for his high quality bike fitting service that goes beyond just aerodynamics and fully considers athlete physiology/flexibility, the type of racing and the type of bike. Adam will be discussing aerodynamic bike set ups for both Time Trial and Road bikes so if you want to get closer to your ideal racing position then this talk is for you. The cost of the curry is £4 or a swim ticket.
