Coalition of Sudanese Revolutionary Youths Demands of Sudan’s September Intifada Dignity-Justice-Peace ____________________________________ In response to the uprising of Sudanese men and women who have taken to the streets for the fourth day in different parts of Sudan, and In honor of the blood of the martyrs who have offered their lives for the uprising, and In support of the sacrifices the Sudanese people have been making since the military coup of 30 June, 1989, and To stop the Sudanese state from collapsing and the country from disintegration, and To put an end to the crimes committed against Sudanese citizen, We call for the fulfilling demands to be met: 1. We call upon all Sudanese people to hold on to their uprising and street protests and to continue their uprising until the people’s demands for a dignified life. 2. Immediate investigation of the crimes committed against citizens and accountability emphasizing the legitimacy of Sudanese citizens’ activities and their rights to express the demands of the Sudanese people. 3. Stepping down of the President of the Republic and his assistants and a dissolution of the current oppressive, corrupt government and dismantling of its different bodies; 4. We call upon all Sudanese people with and their political organizations – at the civil and military levels and its civil society to uphold their historic responsibilities and agree on a national front that can lead Sudan out of this crisis and agree on a immediate transitional program. 5. We call upon the Armed Forces and all the honorable Sudanese men and women of the security forces to support this uprising and to protect our Sudanese men and women in the streets. Finally we call upon all sectors of the Sudanese society to support these demands and to create a national front to save the country. Coalition of Sudanese Revolutionary Youths
