Coast REALTORS supporting local community... Can you imagine never having played ice hockey before, but agreeing to tighten up the laces on your skates in support of Hospice. Thats the challenge Mandy Colford, Coast Realty Group Ladysmith is taking on - playing in the annual REALTOR fundraiser. The 3rd Annual VIREB REALTOR® Charity Hockey Game has been set for March 14, 2014 at the Nanaimo Ice Centre, starting at 6:15 pm with an after celebration at Simon Holt restaurant. Once again, this year we are planning on donating all proceeds from the event to the Nanaimo Hospice Society, who provide care and dignity to those in the last stages of their life. But hold on theres an easier way for you to participate - come watch the game, admission is by donation! Mandy let me know how you make out - I might join you next year if skating is not a pre-requisite :) She shoots - she scores!
