Colleague Crying [KAW-leege KRY-ing] verb 1. the act of recently graduating, going to thank your old principal for being awesome, and crying as your elementary school principal actually recognizes you, stands up, and starts crying as you quickly hug and run off 2. the act of receiving year book entries/speeches/letters that inevitably cause crying as if they were written on the paper thin skin of onions... I am slain.
