Collier County Tax Collector to offer mobile Driver License Road Tests in Immokalee Collier County, Florida – The Collier County Tax Collector is pleased to announce the establishment of a Mobile Driver License Road Test Unit that will be deployed initially to the Immokalee Community on a periodic need basis. This unit will be operated by certified Examiners from the Airport Road and Orange Blossom Driver License Offices on a rotating basis. This service will provide qualified residents of Immokalee with the opportunity to complete their road test requirements and be licensed without having to drive to Naples to do so. The Mobile Road Test Unit will begin testing on January 15, 2015 at the Immokalee Branch Office located at 106 1st Street, Immokalee, FL 34142. Initially tests will be administered by appointment only. In order to be qualified to take the Road Test, applicants must bring a valid Learners Permit, Registration and Insurance for the vehicle that they will be driving for the test.
