Comcast: You are the worst company Ive ever felt with for several reasons. 1) You subcontract everything. Even your customer call center. 2) The people who show up at my house never know whats going on. They blame it on the job order. I should never hear that as a customer. I should only hear, No problem, I will get that done for you! 3) Your employees are incompetent and dont know how to use their equipment correctly! If I didnt need your internet speeds, I would never go through this hassle with you. Ive had to take of twice to be here to meet someone who didnt seem to want to be here!
