Comcast proves once again how ASSHOLES they are. I ordered a wifi hotspot access and have gone through a weeks hell. here is the transcript from the last 1.5 hrs for your amusement. Bryan_: the only username I have ever setup since I stopped buying hourly passes is........ Sujata: Thank you for that information. Sujata: May i know are you using Comcast services at present ? Bryan_: hell no! I cannot access it at all. Costing me hours of frustration trying to connect with you. Sujata: May i know right now the Comcast services installed at your place ? Bryan_: nothing. i order a package that allowed me to use hot spot wifi. I did this over the internet and dont know if I did it right since I have so many problems. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get the second package because ups tried to deliver 3 times. Bryan_: No its not okay. I have been disconnected 5 times today alone. Bryan_: NOOOOOOO! let me explain again Pushpender: I am really sorry for the miss understanding, Pushpender: Sure please Bryan_: everyday i would buy a wifi pass. 3.95 an hour or 6.95 a day. The fastest ever connection speed. So I decided to buy a monthly pass. All I wanted was my account number and a password to access the wifi hotspot that worked so great on my street. No boxes no service connection. Just access to the hot spot wifi Bryan_: so please cancel my order for whatever i have ordered Pushpender: Sure, Your Satisfaction and happiness is my first priority! Bryan_: no one has made me aware of this being that I am not at my office full time. Nor is it the service i agreed to Pushpender: Simply log in using your Comcast ID and password, then start browsing the web. Bryan_: You are talking in circles here. This is the service I want. Hotspot wifi access at the 1000s of nationwide locations. Okay I have a problem with my id and password. Now we are back to square one. How are you helping me! Bryan_: My id and password did not exist for the first 2 hgours of me trying. the next 2 hours has been my typing in aggrevation to you people. Pushpender: Bryan, I was sharing the way to access Wi-fi , Once services are set up you may access the Wi-fi. Bryan_: I have been waiting 7 days as it is. for what I am wanting is only a password and access id Pushpender: I understand , No worry it will be created,.
