Come celebrate the best of summer with family and friends in a beautiful natural setting. Mills Riverside Park Summer Concert Series 2013 Concerts begin on June 26th and continue every Wednesday evening through August 7th. All performances start at 6PM and finish at 8PM. Bring a picnic and relax with your friends and neighbors as you listen to great music in a beautiful natural setting. The concerts are free. Donations are always appreciated and help support next year’s concerts. June 26 ShellHouse This five member band was formed in 2003 and named after a mountain in Ferrisburg, VT. They bring original and familiar Americana music to the stage with multiple instruments. Come and enjoy! July 3 Jericho Vox A unique band of original music fusing rock, jazz and other flavors including Celtic, eastern and folk. July 10 Phil Henry with percussionist Gary Moon Contemporary folk artist, Phil Henry crafts rich and sweeping song with beautiful chords and a big acoustic sound, played on instruments he often makes by hand. This will be his third concert at the park! July 17 Derek Burkins and the Milo White Band With fluid guitar and banjo work, and an authentic and emotive voice, his songs are thoughtful stories about powerful moments in life: love, family, home. He is joined by the rest of the Milo White Band. July 24 Ed Moore and family Our favorite family performs Swing jazz at its best…need we say more? July 31 Bill Ellis Bill grew up in a musical family in Kingsport, TN, steeped in traditional American blues and bluegrass music. He spent his youth backing his fiddle-and-banjo playing dad at bluegrass festivals. August 7 Jericho Road Crew A wonderful way to close our concert season. This five member band brings a variety of music to the stage; from gospel to Celtic, country to rock and roll. Toe tapping fun. Jericho Underhill Park District P. O.
