Come on Comcast, no scapegoats. Its not your technicians faults everyone thinks youre a horrible company. Maybe it has something to do with... Hmmmm.... Horrible customer service procedures, undelivered internet speeds, selective throttling of third parties online services, government lobbying and manipulation, overpriced service in relation to worldwide internet pricing, attempted monopolization of market, a severe lack of customer interaction related organization, periodic bill hikes, etc. etc. Youre not fooling me. Companies rarely become so large, so quickly via ethical business practices.
