Coming home from my gig last night I was behind a guy who came to a stop in the middle of 183. When I started to go around him I realized he was slumped over his wheel. He woke up, passed me, and proceeded to swerve ALL over the rode. I called the cops and followed this idiot for 14 minutes with my hazards on while he swerved, slowed down, barely missed medians, etc because I didnt want to be in front of him. After 14 minutes I took my exit with no cop in site. The Bedford police dispatcher told me once I passed brown trail that he would send it to Hurst because thats out of their jurisdiction. Honestly, youd just think there would be more cops out this weekend and they could have gotten there. Especially whenever I passed 3 going the opposite way sitting in construction zones.
