Coming to you from my mums in Cyprus! Hi guys, Im absolutely devastated at having to write this post to you all, but I couldnt leave it any longer as I have realised that some of you have already been given some of this news. As you all know, I was given leave of absence due to illness. Although much better my health is still not 100%. However, I was planning on returning to work in September. As I was beginning my planning to return I received an unexpected call from Slimming World. I was informed that I would not be allowed to return to my Brampton Groups. as my leave of absence was for 6 months, company policy says that I would have to re enter the company in a new group as a new consultant & re-train. This meant I would lose all the hard work and effort Id put into building your Brampton Groups. Slimming World have told me that I was given this information when it became clear that I was taking the full 6 months leave of absence. I am positive that if I had indeed received this information I would have returned to work earlier, well or not. As you know my Brampton Groups are extremely important to me & losing you all has left me extremely upset. Due to Slimming Worlds policy, preventing me from being Brampton`s consultant any longer. I felt that I was given no other option than to resign. This has been an incredibly sad outcome for me. You all know how much I loved my job, how much I enjoyed seeing you all achieve your goals and getting to play a privileged part in all of your lives. I thrived on helping those of you who were struggling, helping you all to see just how much you could achieve when motivated. I hope with all my heart that you get a consultant who cares about all of you just as much as I did and that you all go on to achieve your slimming goals. A huge Thank You goes to all of my Social Team Members as without you the running of the groups would not have been possible. Thank You for taking the time to read this post.
