Community Home Health & Hospice (Community) brought in nearly $115,000 during this year’s Home At Last 2014: a lil’ bit of paradise charity care fundraiser! More than 400 people showed up to “party with a purpose” at the Cowlitz County Regional Conference Center on Friday, May 2 and helped exceed the agency’s goal of $100,000. Event proceeds went to support Community’s charity care program which provides home health and hospice services such as care for uninsured and underinsured patients, inpatient respite care, telemonitoring, grief support and translation and transportation services. Last year, the agency spent nearly one-half million dollars on charity care! On behalf of families these dollars will support, Community thanks all the individuals who contributed to the success of this year’s event. Thank you to all table hosts, sponsors, mystery gift and dessert donors. Community also thanks the following major event supporters: Anderson & Anderson Advisory, LLC; Robert A.
