Company Located at October Looking for IT Supervisor ; Job in brief ; -Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide. Implements network security at the corporate level -Coordinates the resolution of all corporate help desk activities Provide support and upgrade the organization’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and internet/intranet systems -Provide day-to-day technical support for system users, and network systems -Analyse network and devices performance -Plans, manages and develops upgrades telephone system -Manage and implement company servers and clinet and related software and upgrades -Managing the Server Room -Installing and configuring HP blade pc (bc2800). -Basic Cisco Configuration ( routers – switches). -Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software. -Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development. -Provide individual training and support on request. -Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
