Company Overview ECSP is a consulting engineering firm that provides planning, design and supervision services for all types of engineering projects. The Company in a short period has inducted highly trained professionals who have endeavored to produce quality work for ECSP and projects worth billions of rupees were procured and completed within one year of its formation. Clients have placed full trust in ECSP in meeting deadlines as well as required specifications and quality. OBJECTIVES The Company aims at meeting the following objectives; Provide cost-effective and efficient engineering services Achieve high standards of competence in technical, professional and safety aspects Institute a high-caliber quality control mechanism Strive to acquire local as well as overseas business in various areas Provide innovative and creative solutions with state of the art technology Contribute meaningfully to the advancement of engineering profession ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ECSP is managed by a Board of Directors, comprising the Chairman and nine (9) other Directors from both the government and the private sectors, including the Managing Director of the Company. For running day to day affairs of the Company, the Managing Director, who has valuable experience of over forty (40) years in top management positions, is assisted by four (4) Senior General Managers (SGMs). The SGMs are highly qualified and have extensive professional experience in their respective fields. Presently, the Company has the following four (4) technical divisions, as follows: Structures and Highways Water Resources, Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Geotechnical Engineering Contracts and Construction Management Each Division is managed by a Senior General Manager. The head of the Geotechnical Engineering Division is presently the Chief Operating Officer(COO) of the Company. OPERATIONS ECSP is presently engaged in providing consultancy services on some important projects being executed by the Government of the Punjab in various sectors. The Company is adequately equipped to provide services on a broad spectrum of developmental projects, ranging from concept development to completion and operation. ECSP envisages to undertake projects in the following areas in the future: Energy, Power Generation & Transmission Alternative Energy Resources Urban development and Infrastructure Dams and Hydropower Airports and Seaports Environment and CDMs Information Technology and GIS Besides employing regular staff for the Company, a panel of highly competent and experienced professionals in various fields of engineering are hired on need basis. The professionals are engaged as and when required to provide guidance in specialized areas. COMPANY’S APPROACH ECSP is geared to provide consultancy services on a broad spectrum of development projects ranging from conceptual development to completion and operation of projects. We intend to expand our services to include economic and environmental sectors. After establishing a credible repertoire of experience in design and construction supervision projects, the company intends to explore overseas business in the not too distant future.
