Complete Care is a reputable Domiciliary Care Company regulated by CQC and holds contracts with both Kirklees and Wakefield Council is now looking to recruit an additional Community Team Leader to cover Mirfield and surrounding areas. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care • Good working knowledge of care standards • computer literacy • Ability to cope with pressure • Ability to cope with change • Excellent communication skills • Able to work as part of a team • On call duties on a rota system will be a requirement for which additional payment of £115 per week will be made • Car driver is essential £7.30 - £8.30 per hour dependent of experience Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
