Completely biased list of state rankings that I have BEEN TO on how beautiful I THINK they are (I am only going by what I have SEEN in each state. There could be a part I havent seen that could sway this list. 1. Washington State. Okay its home but when you live one hour from the ocean, mt. Rainier and mt. St. Helens and several National forests... 2. Oregon 3. Montana/ Colorado tie. 4. Georgia 5. Utah (Washington comes in at 1 because it has the mountains of Utah with the greenery of Georgia where I live) 6. Wisconsin/California 7. Idaho... Sorry but the southern section of the state pulled you down. If the whole state was like the north it would be higher. 8. Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Minnesota tie. Extensions of Georgia but Not my beloved Georgia. I thought Minnesota wasnt as pretty as Wisconsin that I have seen. 9. Arizona. New Mexico Nice Cactus forests. Too hot. Havent seen the grand Canyon part, which could have changed this 10. Wyoming 11. South Dakota though the Rapid City section by itself would be a 2. Heck if the whole state looked like the Rapid City area with the black hills etc. It would be 1 but it didnt move the whole state up the rankings. 12. Nevada. They had to make Vegas. 13. Texas. .. The part I have seen was between Amarillo and Dallas. Enough said though I hear San Antonio is nice. I have been to Illinois but what I saw was Chicago which was a small area so I will wait to place that until I have seen more than a 2 mile area at night and I still have some of Iowa and Kansas and Missouri to see which I havent been to yet. I will admit that if all Kansas is are wheat fields as far as the eye can see it will probably place pretty low on this list. ..
