Compound move of the day.... I wish I had £1 for every time somebody said to me...you need to understand its NOT THAT EASY... After 35 the weight just creeps on and ones energy isnt the same!!!.... Below, meet Claire.... 44 years old, two children (baby under two years) and making this super compound move look decidedly easy! Once again every muscle in the body working and HR up, up, up!!!
