Comrade King 0bie is doing what VI Lenin would do. Comrade King is using the law to punish the law via punishing his subjects by the law (as convoluted as this sounds, Lenin proved while he was a lawyer for the Czarist courts, that this technique works to confuse law makers and make them anxious to agree to a compromise solution that will work in the favor of the Marxist/socialist system of government.), which are the American people who agreed to his affordable health care law via their elected reps in DC, and the capitalistic insurance coverage system/industry, so that he can eventually get the system he really wants, which is a single payer system that is controlled exclusively by the government. Under the single payer system the government will have a large political lever to use against its subjects whenever it becomes necessary for the government to herd the people in a certain political direction. Also, keep it in mind that the IRS will be the enforcer of this law, and we have already seen that the IRS will do its masters, the government, bidding whenever directed to. From a populist and political point of view, Comrade 0bies public stance is purely self destructive. Yet from an ideological point of view, this is the coldest Marxist move Ive ever seen played on the American people and its government.
