Concept of Individuality, nucleus family and professionalism is the main cause of foolish action. Educated people are living in confinement. Meaning and object of education has become to achieve degree, a tool for earning money. Uneducated people are unable to understand, what they can do ? Most of the time they are busy in discussing problem relating to him individually, problem in society and problem in Country. They do not discuss about solution due to various reason. People think we have formed government to take care of everything, if government is not doing what we can do ? At the time of election, people vote for candidate and not for the government. In my opinion problem is that few people are misusing power, whereas most of the people are not exercising their minimum power for discharging duty. If emphasis is given to make aware general people to restrict misuse of power by few people, probably there will be solution. As far as election is concern, in present scenario it hardly matters, who forms the government.
