Concerned parent says My son is 7 and he didnt speak until he was 5 he his currently being assessed for autism and ADHD he hates Loud noises strangers change and has a very limited diet refuses to eat anywhere out with our home , he flaps spins and stacks everything he is very anxious and scared to be alone he repeats everything and is very aggressive and abusive towards others , he gets upset every day it takes about 2 hours to get him to sleep and he never wants to go anywhere he also doesnt like his food touching we have a special separator plate and he wont let anyone touch his food /drinks what is the chances that it is ADHD and not autism or the other way about ? He is very young for his age I would say 3-4 behaviour level And he is very hyper all the time and doesnt like people looking at him.Thank you
