Concerned re the impact on many local residents in the Hospital street in Footscray, where a large car park is about to start with both Entrance & Exit heading into the same already busy street. Residents not informed by the council, school & kids will be effected as many walk to school. Very upsetting for the folk right next door to the entrance. Why was there no notification? Difficult enough as it is for the ambulances to get through safely without adding cars heading both in & out of the car park. Surely there are rules for the notification to local residents.!
