Concerning the new Failbook policies/guidelines: Today, December 7 , 1941 in response to the Failbook guidelines and under articles L.111, 112, 113 Blue 23, Hut Hut HIKE of the code of not very intellectual property, I declare the my rights are attached to all my personal data, drawings, paintings, photos, texts, crap I share, doggy doo, etc..published on my profile or in Failbook groups pages. For commercial use of the foregoing my written consonant is required at all times, unless Im asleep, or at work, or maybe catching a flick at the local movie house. Those reading this text can copy it and paste it and fold it and spindle it on their Failbook wall. This will allow them to place themselves under the rampaging short bus protection of copyright, inherent wherein and hereby slathered upon. By this release, I tell Failbook that it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, broadcast, fold, spindle, mutilate, take genetic tissue samples or to take any other action against me on the basis of this profit and/or contents, unless they really really need the money and think Im a better person for having used it.. The actions mentioned above apply equally to employees, students, staff, management, Agents of SHIELD, HYDRA or the express written permission of NASCAR or their agents and/or staff under the direction of Failbook. The contents of my profile includes private information that is, after all, private. I mean, really, who needs to know the size of my waistline, or depth of my ear canal after all? The violation of my privacy (unless accompanied by chocolate sauce or Honey Nut Cheerios) is punished by the law (UCC 1 1-308 - 308 1 - 103 Detroit 6, Cubs 15 and the Roman Statute). Failbook is now an open capital entity, kinda like that weird glowy baby in the egg at the end of Space Odyssey 2001, only dumber.. All members are invited to post a notice of this kind, or if you prefer, you can copy and paste this version, provided they have taken the time to actually read it instead of knee-jerk reacting like sheeple. If you have not published this statement at least once, twice, or technically three times just to make sure, you will tacitly allow the use of elements such as your photos, TSA Xrays and Reddit password as well as the information contained in your profile, which honestly at this point your probably shouldnt have included.
