Confessions of a Busy Mind ...off to Raceway Ford to FINALLY get my car back (come on now guys! I love you, but 3 & 1/2 days to replace the water pump?) then I hit Starbucks (read further along to find out why) to get a skinny cinnamon latte (yummy! Christmas in cup) & head back for a walk (nah - not my neighborhood, I want to do the one by Celebration Park!). Jump of the freeway at Nason, park & get walking - what the heck - I really have to sidestep horse poop on a sidewalk?!!! That makes complaining about the occasional dog turd trivial (it should all be cleaned up people)! Cresting the 1st leg of my walk, I hit play to my 311 Radio station & ooopppsss, while closing open apps, accidentally close MapMyRun too (nothing to do with earlier post, promise) - (whoaaa, O, O, Amber is the color of your energy.....).....keep walking, a perfect day to clone for walking every day! 67°, hazy sun, slight cool breeze, ahhhhh - hey look.....bet thats a good place to hide a body....hey now - mentioned nothing about dead or alive! Round the corner & round one more.....are you kidding me?!!! MORE HORSE POOP (but Im thinking a pony this time, not as much & definitely smaller) & that creepy lawn guy better keep moving & quit staring - oh great....the other end of that overgrown ravine/wash.....good thing I have my pepper spray dude - aint hiding me down there - NOPE! Pick up the pace & get back to my car, gotta hit Staters for some crab (Dinner: Crab & Cream Cheese stuffed portabella mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad) and now Weezer is playing (Island in the Sun).....honey (Duane Grounds), lets go back to Maui! Last December - still smiling about that trip! Heading home to morn a loss - my favorite coffee cup for my car.....George Michael, I will miss you! Sorry I was in such a hurry with 20 things running through my mind & forgot I set you on the side of the bed to hubbys truck as I loaded other things - causing me to space and forget you.....children o mine, next to my personalized photo calendar of you all - a replacement coffee cup just like this one would make an excellent Christmas present - speaking of Christmas, back to my cinnamon latte & time for housework!
