Cong, JD (U) condemn killings Jammu: Prof. Saifuddin Soz (MP) State Congress chief on Sunday condemned the killing of four youth yesterday in CRPF firing in Shopian and demanded probe. He said in a statement, "I strongly condemn the unfortunate incident in which Security Forces killed four youth in Shopian. It is a deplorable act and is highly painful. Demanding probe into the incident he said, "I make a strongly plea with the State Government to share the verified facts with the people of Jammu and Kashmir." President Janta Dal (U) Sharad Yadav who is in Kashmir also criticized the killing of youth in CRPF firing and said that people of Kashmir have been immensely harassed and suppressed. Former Minister and senior Congress leader, Ghulam Hassan Khan also condemned the killing of youth in Shopian and unprovoked firing of CRPF on a private vehicle in Badshah Chowk here.
