Congrats Chad Thomas and Justin Graw on your 1st ring muscle ups today!!! We should be seeing several others getting their 1st muscle ups in the next few weeks as well. Most CrossFitters are just obsessed with getting to the top of the rings, not with how they get there. Fix your swings (like we have been working) and they will come! Also, TONS of deadlift PRs to go around as well. Im really happy with and proud of all the hard work you have been putting in. That is all, Kevin
