Four Hundred Billions Dollars investment is not a joke Investors will watch earning viability minimum 12% return of the earnings .We can be connected to Mumbai Newdelhi Chennai and Kolkata in same days and return back with works so actual development of India will be possible through transport connectivity .When we have telecom network we can proudly says we are connected due to FDI and privatisation of Telecom sectors otherwise situation have been different .
